Health Chefs is a health-supportive private chef service. And we are expanding! We are looking to hire new private chefs for LA County.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We offer a wide variety of services from personalized weekly meal prep, events, dinner parties, and more. We put in front of the best clients, we book you for events, dinner parties, and more! We want to offer our chefs a better work-life balance during this uncertain time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for chefs that genuinely love to create flavorful + seasonal meals. We seek someone who is interested in helping others sustain a lifestyle of eating nutrient-dense meals. We want a chef that loves pushing their creative abilities when menu planning. A chef that has the initiative to properly prepare for a job and see it through at 100%. We want someone who wants to continuously expand on their culinary knowledge. We want a chef that has the desire to source food with compassion. Choosing small brands + local food providers + clean ingredients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Flexible schedule.

  • For meal prep must have Sunday-Tuesday full availability

  • For events + dinner parties must have Thursday-Sunday availability

  • 2-3 Years of Personal Chef or Professional Culinary experience

  • Culinary School, strongly preferred

  • Reliable transportation is a must

  • Must pass a verified background check

  • CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR OWN LIABILITY INSURANCE + WORKERS COMPENSATION & SHOW PROOF

COMPENSATION:

The compensation process is as follows: Flat day rate, depending on the client.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $400.00 - $800.00 per day or more
