Seeking an Executive Chef excited about the prospect of working at one of the largest and most scenic retreat centers in the country and facilitating transformational experiences for visiting guests!

At this property in North Carolina you should be passionate about vegetarian food, driven to share this passion through your cooking and have previous experience in cooking for larger groups.

Have exceptional culinary ability and excellent knowledge of international cuisines, seasonality, food preparation and nutrition, including working with limitations such as allergies, etc.

Are self-motivated, creative, with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude, confidence and enthusiasm, and are hungry for continuous learning and development.

You will adapt to the growth of the restaurant, with the potential to serve up to 500 meals per day!
