Family of three seeking live out private Chef specializing in whole food plant based, great flavor vegan meals without the use of no fat, only as requested use of fat or approved and on the rare occasion by request prepare fish or chicken.

Meals are lunch and dinner and snacks just for the family and their guest, not other residential staff. There is a chef’s kitchen and uniforms provided. Health conscience, sourcing high-quality seasonal ingredients and a variety of cuisines are essential.

Typical schedule Monday through Friday 11am until approx. 8pm or finished.

Requirements:

  1. similar work experience;

  2. four year culinary degree,

  3. food ServSafe certification and knowledge of Nevada sanitation regulations a plus;

  4. willing to adhere to background check and verifiable references;

  5. flexibility to work weekends on occasion, holidays and travel as necessary, possess valid passport;

  6. practice safe COVID-19 practices wearing mask when serving and vaccinated,

  7. manage 100% all aspects of kitchen maintenance, cleaning, hygiene, provisioning of supplies, etc.
