Kitchen Staff

Kearney, NJ

Company Overview:
Dalci was founded in 2020 by a foodie and health enthusiast who wanted a better dessert. We saw a gap in the market for healthy baked goods and realized that consumers were being fed one of two options: a high sugar, processed, high carb, and saturated fat option riddled with guilt, or a gluten-free, low calorie, low carb dessert packed with additives and sugar substitutes. Desserts are meant to be enjoyed and a part of our holistic eating. They are not meant to be treated as a cheat snack or a glutenous indulgence.

We believe food is meant to be desired, enjoyed, delicious, and most importantly guilt-free. Our brownies and blondies are made with the finest ingredients, that are 100% real and perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth that is looking for a healthy and gut-friendly dessert.

We use staples like avocado oil, coconut sugar, almond flour, organic and non-gmo fruit, and fair trade dark chocolate so that our customers can rest assured they are eating a well-balanced, healthy, and delectable dessert. Every bite is made with love so you can have your brownie and eat it too.

You deserve a better dessert, you deserve to know what your food is being made with, and you deserve to enjoy it. Join our dessert revolution!
