Executive Events Chef
Busy Farm to Table Catering Company located in Bridgehampton, NY hiring the position of Executive Event Chef for the starting the summer of 2019. This position is a full time position. From Memorial Day to Labor Day the candidate who is offered and accepts this position will reside in Bridgehampton NY (housing available) and then will transition to our NYC location to run catering operations from Labor Day 2019 to Memorial Day 2020.
Requirements:
strong management experience
extensive catering experience, with high end clientele experience, private chef experience is a plus
admin experience related to catering ( hiring of cooks + email communication with cooks + inventory management + budget management)
great attitude
experience with health department regulations, execution of health department regulations with staff. Hamptons Aristocrat will assist in health department certification in Suffolk County and NYC
calm demeanor
attention to detail
extremely clean and organized
great communication skills
strong work ethic
team player mindset
industry references ( minimum 2)
Compensation
55K-70K BOE plus monthly bonus opportunities
housing available
benefits available
Start Date: May 22nd 2019 with hourly compensated training prior available
