We are an independently owned multicultural plant based diner bar in a basement of the holiday inn, Lower East Side, that doubles as a test kitchen; and a fast food plant based retail company on the ground floor that will sell ca. $10 burgers. This is the first vegan approved retail concept out of 1145 Holiday Inns. Great impact potential.
Looking for an ambitious, hard working, self-disciplined professional that isn’t afraid of multi-tasking, an unorthodox project, or being imperfect. The project isn’t catering solely to the vegan community, on the contrary, it’s not promoted as a vegan cuisine. It aims to create curiosity with the meat eating customers while having fun.
