The owner is looking for someone to supply a glass-front commercial fridge with pre-made vegan/vegetarian juices, salads, and meals as part of the shop, paying rent on the space. While there would be someone in the shop to watch the fridge—so you would not need to man the shop—you would not pay any surcharge on what you sell and payments for your products would go through a separate pathway to keep things clean. You would need to buy your own fridge and keep it stocked.
