Position: ​Retreat Chef
Work period: 22 March - 1 May
Salary: ​$1,200/week + accommodation

Looking for an experienced vegan chef for 60 days who will be preparing one main meal and one small meal per day for 5 days a week for approximately 24 people per day from March 22nd.

There will be a 2 week period with additional guests, about 15/week from 19 April through 1 May. There will have an additional chef for that period of time.

Requirement includes beautiful plating and presentation. All of the recipes, including photographs of each one, will be presented in advance. Includes salad, soup, entrees.

More than adequate staff assisting chef in a commercial kitchen.

Takes place at a beautiful Tuscan Villa in Mineola, TX.
