Private Chef opportunity for THIS WEEKEND

A regular client of mine (Jayesh Punater) would like to throw a small dinner party for 8 this weekend, Saturday, Nov 21 for his wife's (Shilpa) 50th birthday party. I normally do parties for them but cannot accommodate a Saturday party this week. They usually do 3 passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a 3-course dinner. They hire a server to help pass food, serve drinks, and help you to serve the meal. I usually charge about $125/pp, use that information as you will.

The wife is mostly dairy-free, gluten-free, and the only animal protein she eats is fish I believe. You might be asked to serve meat for everyone else and have a separate main for her or you might be asked to serve both fish and meat.

They expect restaurant-level food and plating and love all of the hotspot restaurants. Tell them Jeffrey sent you.
