Private Chef For a Pacific Northwest Residence

A health-conscious couple based in the Spokane, WA area is looking to hire a Private Chef who loves using fresh farm-to-table ingredients and will happily support the family’s specific dietary requirements and preferences.

Responsibilities:

The Chef will prepare light lunches and nightly dinners five days a week for the two of them and occasional family members and guests. In the busy summer season, guests come to dinner several nights a week; during the winter, entertaining is more limited. The couple prefers meals made with locally sourced and grown ingredients to support their active and healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications:

A culinary degree is required. Successful candidates will be creative and experienced with a wide range of cuisines and techniques. The Chef must maintain an immaculate workspace. Must be comfortable working in a home with large friendly dogs.

Schedule:

Generally, a five-day work week, with two consecutive days off if desired; flexibility to accommodate the family’s entertaining schedule is required.

Compensation:

Compensation up to $175,000 offered, depending on experience and qualifications, with benefits; a relocation package is available including short-term live-on accommodations, if needed.
