Personal chef / deliver food / cook off site

I am looking for someone to prepare healthy and tasty meals for my elderly father who lives in Sagaponack, NY. The meals should be cooked off site and delivered, perhaps 2-3 times per week with food for a few days at a time. We can discuss and work out the details.
