Kids Culinary Instructor

Hudson Table is an interactive culinary studio and event space. We specialize in providing unique culinary experiences to our guests, whether it be a hands-on cooking class, enjoying a fully customizable catered event in our beautiful professional-grade open kitchen, or custom offsite events. We are looking for a talented Chef to teach kids after school and summer classes for ages 4-14 as well as mommy & me classes for ages 2-4.

We are looking for candidates with a flexible schedule. They should be able to work in-person after school kids classes Monday & Tuesday afternoons, school holiday classes (i.e. Election day, MLK day), and occasionally a kids birthday party on a weekend. Teaching experience, especially with children, is a plus.

COMPENSATION:
Hourly rate, commensurate with experience

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work occasional weekends and have some daytime availability. Flexible scheduling is required.

ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your role as a kids culinary instructor includes leading children through the execution of recipes and events in a fun and organized way. You will teach kids summer series cooking and baking classes and after school cooking classes. You will teach Hudson Table’s preexisting classes. You may also teach kids birthday parties, mommy & me classes, baby food making classes, and cookie decorating classes.

Perfect fit for someone with a flexible schedule who may be personal cheffing or have another part-time job happening.
