Job Description: Liberation Cuisine will be vending food at a weekly outdoor market located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Liberation Cuisine is hiring a cook to join the vending team on Saturdays. Ideal candidate will be committed to our mission and want to grow with the company.
Position: Vendor Cook
Schedule: Saturdays 8am-8pm (April - October)
Pay: $18/hr
Start Date: April 4, 2020 (accepting applications until position is filled)
Roles & Responsibilities
arrive on time
unload the car; set-up the tent and equipment
Follow food prep and plating direction
work quickly and with attention to detail
keep a clean work station
maintain professional demeanor with the team and customers
support in breakdown of event and load car
possibility to cook for additional catering events
