Job Description: Liberation Cuisine will be vending food at a weekly outdoor market located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Liberation Cuisine is hiring a cook to join the vending team on Saturdays. Ideal candidate will be committed to ​our mission​ and want to grow with the company.

Position: ​Vendor Cook
Schedule: ​Saturdays 8am-8pm (April - October)
Pay: ​$18/hr
Start Date:​ April 4, 2020 (accepting applications until position is filled)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • arrive on time

  • unload the car; set-up the tent and equipment

  • Follow food prep and plating direction

  • work quickly and with attention to detail

  • keep a clean work station

  • maintain professional demeanor with the team and customers

  • support in breakdown of event and load car

  • possibility to cook for additional catering events
