Gluten Free Baking Assistant

Gluten free sourdough and vegan bakery looking for a baking assistant to support weekly production runs that include producing breads, treats, recipe development and back-end support for packaging/shipping. Based in LIC, current hours are weekend evenings, and minimum 8+ hours to start. Experience and an understanding of baking with alternative flours (gluten free, paleo) and/or vegan is a must.
