Full Time Chef

Job Description:

We are looking for a full time chef in Montauk, details below:

  • Start Date: July 24 or 25, 2022

  • End Date: Week of Sept 10, 2022

  • Time: 5 days per week, likely Thursday - Monday: breakfast, lunch and dinner

    • The weeks of July 25 and August 7 we will need the chef to work 6 or 7 days a week.

  • License required to be able to shop at local farmers markets in the area.

  • There are some strict dietary restrictions (low histamine, gluten free). Chef must be able to be creative with specific foods to create different meals within the restrictions.

  • Must have a place to stay out east (does not need to be in MTK, but needs to be close by, we will NOT provide housing)
