Requirements:
Please be fastidious in the kitchen.
Knowledge and training in best kitchen practices for cleanliness, organization, tools, storage, and methodology.
Experience and interest working with plant-based meals and meats, using only seasonal, local and organic ingredients, with a focus on balanced, nutritious, delicious, and simple meals.
Please be comfortable and confident working in other people’s kitchens + home environment and being observed while cooking.
About the job:
Farm to Table cuisine utilizing CSA share or the local Coop.
Beautiful temporary housing in Northampton MA, might be possible for the right individual.
Final salary determined by experience level, and after assessment on the job.
