Knead Love Bakery is a gluten-free, mostly vegan, bakery specializing in regionally sourced baked goods. We sell at the GrowNYC Greenmarkets and also ship nationally and are always developing new ideas to celebrate regionally sourced ingredients. We are looking for someone to help part time with baking, (assisting with portioning breads, pastries, organizing, weighing flour mixes, packing goods for market/shipping, etc. ) Experience in commercial kitchen bakeries/GF baking is a plus but not essential. We are a very hard working, positive team, and there is a lot of opportunity as we grow. Thank you.

Salary is hourly, 16+ hours/week to start, with the potential to grow from there.
