Private chef

I am looking for a chef to cook meals for my father and his wife and deliver them to their Upper East Side apartment.

My father is 81 and recovering from open heart surgery and needs to be eating low salt, high caloric foods. We are hoping someone can cook from scratch — eliminating a lot of sodium. They would want 3-4 entrees and sides and soups a week. Some fresh and some they would freeze.
