Private Chef for Renal Diet

I am looking for someone who can prepare home-cooked, single-serve meals that can be delivered to my elderly father. He is on a strict renal diet, and also cannot eat pork or shellfish. This needs to be someone who is fully versed in the requirements of a renal diet. I am looking for meals that can be placed in the freezer and heated up when necessary. Thanks so much!
