Prep & Line Cook

We are looking for 2 wonderful cooks to help prep and produce 3 brunches for about 60 people for a private outdoor memorial day weekend gathering in Red Hook, NY. This is 12571 in upstate NY, not the neighborhood in Brooklyn!

We'd need help starting Tuesday the 31st or Wednesday the 1st through Monday, Sep 6th in the am. Let me know if this is of interest, the head chef is a wonderful and kind leader and the clients are easy, vibrant, and very fun. $15/hr
