Personal chef—client on dialysis

I am looking for someone to cook for my father who has just been diagnosed with end stage kidney disease. He is grappling with the bland realities of extensive dietary restrictions on dialysis-as someone who loves food. He is requiring someone who will come once a day and shop for and prepare 3 meals for him (that can be kept in the refrigerator and heated as needed). He lives alone, so besides the occasional dinner for him and his girlfriend, most meals would be for one. He has a large chefs kitchen which is a pleasure to cook in.
