Lead Chef - Maui Personal Chef

I am the chef/owner of Maui Personal Chef but I became salaried full time with a client in 2020 and I do not have the time to accommodate the demand of inquiries my company still receives.

I’m looking for a lead chef to essentially take over the company. I will help connect them with all the best vendors/farms and I have a walk in closet full of equipment for them to use. I wish to still help with the initial client communications and invoicing in exchange for a 10% commission of all the work coming in.

I have an excellent reputation on the island and I would like to find a like minded chef to take over my client base. I do work with animal products but my emphasis has always been as local as possible and very clean, vibrant cuisine.
