Gluten-free/Vegan Baker

knead love bakery is hiring! We are a gluten-free and mostly vegan bakery that produces high quality baked goods for the NYC Greenmarket, online shipping, and at specialty cafes in NYC. We are looking for a baker to join our small but mighty team for 4 days of baking with room to grow. Gluten-free experience is not necessary, but would be a plus.
We are looking for someone with minimum 1 year commercial kitchen experience, preferably in baking. Someone very organized, attention to detail, comfortable with large equipment and ability to stand 5+ hours, some lifting.
Positive attitude is a must! We love what we do and have fun doing it. Ideal candidate works well with others- teamwork makes the dream work.
While this is four days to start there is room to grow.
