We're a new company about to open a plant-based fast food and market in the lower east side, NYC. We are looking for someone with plant based knowledge to implement a small menu we've already created. Part of the job would be creating the recipe card and optimizing the food cost. This could either be a one time gig or long term relationship paid by hour/salary depending on the individual.
