Chef / Restaurant Consultant

I am looking for a chef or consultant who can help me launch a vegan restaurant in NJ. I am looking for someone who can help me develop the menu, vet and hire staff.

Job type is flexible, could be contract, part or full time. I am more looking for a good match. But a big plus if you can work out of the location, since your input will be critical to deciding the kitchen layout and the equipment we buy.
